Sewer Scope Inspection

Our Sewer Scope Inspection is a high definition analysis of the main sewer line from the structure to the city tap or septic system. The intent of this inspection is to identify sewer deficiencies such as bellies, leaks, blockages, root intrusion, and excessive internal corrosion. This inspection is typically conducted in conjunction with a home inspection. We highly recommend this inspection for: structures built in the 1970's or earlier (cast iron drain pipes), new construction (it is common for building material to get in the drain during construction), structures with mature trees adjacent (root intrusion), and any structure with slow or hindered drainage.

A sewer scope inspection is a service we offer both standalone and in conjunction with a home inspection.
